Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your shoes. If the size isn't right or something isn't as you expected, we'll help you sort it out.

Exchange window
You can request an exchange within 10 days of delivery.

What we can exchange
Shoes that are unworn and in original condition, in the original shoe box with all tags and anything that came with them, and free from marks, stains, scuffs or odour. Please try your shoes on indoors on a clean surface.

What we cannot exchange
Shoes with visible signs of wear, shoes sent back without the original box, or shoes damaged after delivery.

How to request an exchange

1. WhatsApp or call us at 0313 4000118 within 10 days of delivery, with your order number.
2. We'll confirm the exchange and send you the return address.
3. Pack the shoes in their original box with your packing slip inside, and send them to us.
4. Once we receive and check them, we'll dispatch your replacement.

Return charges
Return shipping is Rs.400, paid by the customer. The delivery charge on your original order is not refunded.

If we sent you the wrong item or it has a manufacturing defect, we cover the return shipping and send the correct item at no extra cost.

Exchanges depend on the size or style you want being in stock. If it isn't available, our team will contact you to discuss other options.
