Eligibility for Exchanges:
- Items must be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

- Packaged in the original shoe box with all included accessories (e.g., extra laces, tags).
- Free from damage, stains, or odors.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Shoes with visible signs of wear.
