Return and Exchange Policy

At activefeet, we want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please review exchange policy below:

Eligibility for Exchanges:

  1. Items must be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Products must be:
    • Unworn and in their original condition.
    • Packaged in the original shoe box with all included accessories (e.g., extra laces, tags).
    • Free from damage, stains, or odors.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Shoes with visible signs of wear.

How to Initiate a Exchange:

  1. Submit a Request:  Contact us at 03134000118
  2. Prepare Your Package:
    • Use the original packaging to protect the shoes during shipping.
    • Include your order confirmation or packing slip in the return package.
  3. Ship It Back: Follow the instructions provided in your return request confirmation.
  4. Customer will pay return charges. 

Refunds:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
