How to find your size

Stand on a sheet of paper with your heel against a wall. Mark where your longest toe ends. Measure from the wall to the mark in centimetres and match it below.

35 = 22 cm  ·  36 = 22.5 cm  ·  37 = 23 cm  ·  38 = 23.5 cm  ·  39 = 24 cm

40 = 24.5 cm  ·  41 = 25 cm  ·  42 = 25.5 cm  ·  43 = 26 cm  ·  44 = 26.5 cm

Measure in the evening. Feet are slightly wider at the end of the day.

If you are between two sizes

Take the larger size. You can add an insole if there is a little room, but you cannot make a shoe bigger.
